A man is to appear in court accused of possessing a prohibited image of a child.
Appearing at Wrexham Magistrates Court yesterday Scott James Lynch, 33, of Friars Court in Bangor-on-Dee faced two charges.
The first accuses him of possessing a prohibited image of a child.
The second accuses him of possessing “extreme pornographic image portraying an act which is likely to result in serious injury to a person’s private parts”.
Both offences are alleged to have taken place in Wrexham and in the county of Flintshire between February 7, 2000 and April 26, 2017.
Lynch made no indication of his intended pleas and was released on unconditional bail to appear before Mold Crown Court on November 17.
