A FIRE ripped through tonnes of tissue at the Kimberly Clark factory in Flint this morning.
Fire crews were called at 12:38am to Amber Park Industrial Estate.
Flames had taken hold of 20 to 30 tonnes of tissue paper in the recycling plant and it took nearly four hours to fight the blaze.
Fire crews from Flint, Holywell, Deeside and Mold used a JCB to get the tissue out of the building.
They used main jets, hose reels and breathing aparatus to put the fire out and the call to stop came in at 4:21am.
No one was injured and the cause of the fire is not yet known.
