      NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY FOR THE COUNTY OF CLWYD THE FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH FROM MERLLYN LANE TO LINK ROAD BETWEEN GADLYS LANE AND MERLLYN LANE IN THE COMMUNITY OF BAGILLT (FORMERLY IN THE COMMUNITY OF FLINT TOWN)) DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2013. On 23 April 2013, Flintshire County Council confirmed the above Order without modification. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the definitive map for the area by: 1) Adding to it a public footpath with a width of 1.9 metres throughout in the Community of Bagillt (formerly in the Community of Flint Town), in the County of Flintshire, running from its junction with Merllyn Lane at NGR 32202 37500 in a north-westerly direction for a total distance of approximately 47 metres to the link road between Gadlys Lane and Merllyn Lane at NGR 32198 37503 as indicated by a broken black line

GWYNANS CEMETERY, DWYGYFYLCHI RHANDIR HEDD CEMETERY, LLANFAIRFECHAN HEADSTONE AND KERBSET INSPECTIONS From 3 June 2013, as part of a rolling 5 year Health and Safety Memorial Inspection programme, Conwy County Borough Council will commence Health and Safety inspections of headstones and kerbsets in the three cemeteries named above. Any memorial which is deemed to be unsafe, having failed the inspection, and not in compliance with the National Association of Memorial Masons Code of Practice, will be temporarily made safe and notification letters sent to the last known grave owner recorded in our registers. A list of failed headstones will be available to view on the Bereavement Services section of the Conwy County Borough Council website.       NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL WHITCHURCH ROAD, DENBIGH NOTICE OF TEMPORARY 30 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION ORDER 2013 ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 & 16A NATIONAL EISTEDDFOD OF WALES Denbighshire County Council has made an Order which will impose temporarily a 30 mph speed limit along the length of road referred to in the Schedule below, because works are proposed to be executed on or near the roads in connection with preparatory work for the setting up of and holding of the National Eisteddfod of Wales which affects the length of road referred to in the Schedule below. The reason for the restriction is therefore to reduce vehicle speeds on the said length of road and improve safety to accommodate the National Eisteddfod. The Order comes into force on Monday 13 May, 2013 and will remain in force for a period of eighteen months. The anticipated duration of the restriction is approximately 3 months.
