CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER COUNCIL DETERMINATION OF
SCHOOL ADMISSION ARRANGEMENTS FOR 2011-2012
In accordance with Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) Regulations, the admission arrangements for maintained schools within the Cheshire West and Chester Council administrative boundary have been determined for the 2011-2012 school year. Details of these arrangements are now available for inspection at local offices and on the authority’s website at www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk .
Parents of children who are aged two years and who are not above compulsory school age can submit objections if they consider that the determined admission arrangements do not comply with the law or the mandatory requirements of the School Admissions Code. In relation to an objection to arrangements for admission for sixth form education, parents of children eligible to apply to the school now or in the future can submit an objection.
