Notice is hereby given that Denbighshire County Council in exercise of its powers
under section 23 of the Road traffic Regulation Act 1984 and after consultation
with the Chief Officer of Police propose to establish a new Toucan crossing on
Fforddisa Prestatyn at Princes Avenue/Tip Lane. The usual prohibition of vehicles
stopping, waiting, loading and unloading on the carriageway within the areas
marked by zig-zag lines on either side of the crossing will apply.
A map showing the proposal may be examined at Prestatyn Library, and at
County Hall, Wynnstay Road, Ruthin during normal office hours.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this proposal should do
so to the undersigned by 20th August 2010.
