R F Copeland of Domanix Boutique hereby give notice that I have applied to Powys Council under the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for a licence to use the premises referred to above as a Sex Shop.
Any person wishing to make representations about the application should make them in

Notice is given that Powys County Council has
made an Order intends by means of this notice
to temporarily close that part of the bridleway
from point A (SJ195286) to Point B (SJ199286)
for approximately 147 metres not less than
seven days from 6th August 2010 to 5th February
2011, or until works have been completed.
The purpose of the closure is to allow building
renovation to Pentre Farm.
An alternative route has been identified.
