      THE FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (MAIN ROAD, KINNERTON LANE, SANDY LANE, THE GREEN, HIGHER KINNERTON) (SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2014 On the 1st July 2014 the Flintshire County Council made the above Order under Section 84(1)(a) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is :- a) to impose a speed limit of 30 mph on the lengths of road specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice; b) to impose a speed limit of 40 mph on the lengths of road specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice. As a consequence, the 520 metre length of Sandy Lane from its junction with Main Road will become subject to a 30 mph speed limit either by virtue of the Order or by virtue of an existing system of street lighting on a part of that length. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on the 7th July 2014, together with a map showing the lengths of roads to which the Order relates and a statement of the Council’s reasons for making the Order may be examined at Room 1393, County Hall

      NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL B5429 LLYSFASI CROSSROADS TO GRAIGFECHAN NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 2nd July 2014 to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from using that length of B5429 Llysfasi Crossroads to Gragfechan at Pentrecelyn, in the County of Denbigh which extends from its junction with A525 in a north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 561 metres. The reason for the closure is to facilitate the installation of a BT duct by Gallagher Construction. The alternative route available for traffic will be via B5429, Llanfair DC to B5429 Ffolt, and A525 and will be sign posted accordingly. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure. The Order will come into force on Saturday 19th July 2014 and remain in force for a period of eighteen months or until the completion

      NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL A5104 (CROWN CROSSROADS TO LIVER INN) LLANDEGLA NOTICE OF TEMPORARY 10 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION AND NO OVERTAKING ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 2nd July 2014 to make an Order which is :- 1) To impose temporarily a 10 mph speed limit along part of A5104 known as Crown crossroads to Liver Inn, extending from its junction with Allt y Efail in a north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 2,420 metres. The 10 mph limit will apply when convoy work is in force on any given day. 2) To prohibit all vehicles from overtaking in the said length of road. The reason for the restriction is to facilitate the safety of workmen during resurfacing works by Denbighshire County Council – Works Unit. The Order will come into force on 22nd July 2014 and remain in force for a period of eighteen months or until the completion of the works whichever is
