      FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14 BROUGHTON The Flintshire County Council hereby intends not sooner than 7 days from the 2nd January 2014 to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from using Broughton Hall Road between its junctions with Church Road and Wynnstay Road, Broughton in the County of Flintshire. The reason for the closure is to facilitate water mains renewal with associated works by Dee Valley Water. The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure. It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on the 20th January 2014, or as soon as possible thereafter.       ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 THE A55 TRUNK ROAD (JUNCTIONS 35-38 WESTBOUND AND EASTBOUND CARRIAGEWAYS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2013 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Secretary of State for Transport has made an Order on the A55 Trunk Road in Cheshire West and Chester to allow carriageway construction and associated works by Gwynedd Council to be carried out in safety. The effect of the Order will be to impose the following prohibitions and restrictions: (a) a 40 mph speed limit on the following sections of the A55 Trunk Road: i. the westbound carriageway from the last point where the Junction 38 Chester Interchange exit slip road leaves the carriageway to the centreline of the English/Welsh border, 2043 metres west of the centreline of the railway underbridge (west of Junction 38); and ii. the eastbound carriageway from the centreline of the Welsh/English border, 2042 metres west of the centreline of the railway unde
