      M D BURNELL Trafnidiaeth The A494 Trunk Road (Mold Bypass, Flintshire) (Temporary Prohibition of Vehicles and Cyclists) Order 201- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Welsh Ministers propose, in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The proposed Order is necessary to safeguard road users and the workforce whilst maintenance works are undertaken on the Dolgellau – South of Birkenhead Trunk Road (A494) (hereinafter referred to as “the trunk road”) at Mold Bypass in the County of Flintshire. The prohibitions, which will be signed accordingly, are expected to operate from 15 - 17 May 2013 and 24 - 26 September 2013 or until the temporary traffic signs are permanently removed. The works are only expected to take place between 19:00 hours and 07:00 hours. The effect of the proposed Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicles, other than those being used by the emergency services
