      Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council Traffic Regulation Orders Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make the following Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. THE CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (THE GROVES, CHESTER) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND DISABLED PERSONS’ PARKING PLACE) ORDER 2011 The effect of the Order will be to limit waiting to one hour, return prohibited within one hour on the south side of The Groves from a point 229 metres northeast of its junction with Lower Bridge Street for a distance of 5 metres in a north-easterly direction.
