      THE A55 TRUNK ROAD (BROUGHTON, FLINTSHIRE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES, CYCLISTS & PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2014 THE WELSH MINISTERS have made an Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which is necessary because works are being executed on or near the A55 trunk road at Broughton link road, Flintshire. The following prohibitions, the extent of which will be signed accordingly, are expected to come into force at 00:01 hours on 13 July 2014 and remain until 23:59 hours on 18 July 2014 or until the temporary traffic signs are permanently removed. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit all vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians from proceeding along the Broughton link road from its junction with Broughton Retail Park Roundabout to its junction with the A5104 Broughton Roundabout. The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the eastbound A5104 Chester Road and southbound Broughton Retail Park road to re-join the A55: vice versa for westbound traff
