      LICENSING ACT 2003 To whom it may concern: I, Dyfrig Thomas, do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the grant of a Premises Licence at 77, Penrhyn Avenue, Rhos-on-Sea, Conwy, known as Colwyn Bay Cricket Club. Opening hours Monday-Sunday 1100 hours - 0100 hours. The application is to allow the sale of alcohol to guests and no-members whilst attending private functions in the Clifton Glass Suite. The application is also to allow the sale of alcohol on the ground to the public, attending first class cricket matches. (i.e. Glamorgan Cricket Club matches). Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, Civic Offices, Colwyn Bay LL29 8AR not later than 28 days after the date of this notice.
