      Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Littleton Lane Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic on the following length of road, Littleton Lane in the Parish of Littleton in City of Chester to enable carriageway Gas mains replacement works to be carried out. (1) Littleton Lane The Order will come into force on Tuesday 11 October and will continue in force for a period not exceeding three months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will take approximately three months to complete.       Cheshire West and Chester Council The Borough of Cheshire West and Chester (B5135 Parkgate Road, Neston) (Parking Place) Order 2011 Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make the abovementioned Order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of the Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act. The effect of the Order will be to provide a disabled persons parking place on the following length of road: ? B5135 Parkgate Road, Neston Road (south side) – from a point approximately 20 metres west of the centre of Beechways Drive for a distance of 7 metres in a westerly direction.
