      Highways Agency. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)(a) THE A483 TRUNK ROAD (LLYNCLYS, SHROPSHIRE) (TEMPORARY 10 MILES PER HOUR SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2011 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Secretary of State for Transport has made an Order on a length of the A483 Trunk Road at Llynclys in the County of Shropshire to allow resurfacing works to be carried out. The effect of the Order will be to impose a 10 miles per hour speed restriction on the A483 between a point 150 metres south and a point 150 metres north of its junction with the A495/B4396 at Llynclys, when signs indicating “convoy working” are beingdisplayed. Work will be carried out over four nights between 20:00 hours and 06:00 hours and is expected to start on Monday 18 July 2011. The Order will come into force on 11 July 2011.
