THE A494 TRUNK ROAD (MOLD BYPASS, FLINTSHIRE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES AND CYCLISTS) ORDER 201-
The Welsh Ministers propose to make an Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which is necessary to undertake annual maintenance works on the A494 trunk road at Mold Bypass, Flintshire.
The prohibitions, which will be signed accordingly, are expected to be in force from 12 – 16 May 2014 and 15 – 19 September 2014 or until the temporary traffic signs are permanently removed. The works are only expected to take place during the night-time hours of 19:00 hours to 07:00 hours.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14 HAWARDEN/ASTON
Flintshire County Council has made an Order which prohibits any vehicle from proceeding in the following roads in the County of Flintshire:
1. Lower Aston Hall Lane between its junctions with A484(T) Overbridge and Bennetts Lane.
2. Upper Aston Hall Lane between its junctions with B5125 The Highway and Bennetts Lane.
The reason for the closure is to facilitate gas main replacement with associated works by Wales and West Utilities.
The alternative routes available for vehicles will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.
The Order comes into force on the 28th April 2014. It is anticipated that the road will only be closed for six weeks, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months.
