      NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 16 AND 27 IN THE COMMUNITY OF BODFARI PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2011 On 21st June 2011, Denbighshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the existing parts of Public Footpath nos. 16 and 27 in the Community of Bodfari and in the County of Denbigh as follows :- (i) that part of Public Footpath No 16 in the Community of Bodfari in the County of Denbigh which commences on an existing section of Footpath 16 at point A on the map at OS Grid Reference SJ 07844 70114, and runs in a slightly north westerly direction for approximately 152.1 metres to where it connects with Footpath 27 at point B on the map at OS Grid Reference SJ 07829 70265, Which shall be diverted to a different line commencing from the existing section of public footpath no 16 at point A on the map at OS Grid Reference S
