VARIOUS FOOTPATHS IN THE COMMUNITIES OF
LLANDEGLA AND BRYNEGLWYS
NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
Denbighshire County Council has made an Order which prohibits any pedestrian from proceeding along
the footpaths referred to in the Schedule below.
The reason for the various closures is to ensure public safety during the rewiring of a 400kv powerline
by Electricity Alliance West.
There are no alternative routes available.
The Order comes into force on 10th September 2012, and will remain in force for a period of six months
or until the completion of the works whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will take
approximately 3-4 months to complete.
