HEN LON PARCWR TO CANOL Y DRE RUTHIN GATING ORDER 2011 ORDNANCE SURVEY REF 312,308 358,709 Notice is hereby given that Denbighshire Council intends to make an Order under Section 129A of the Highways Act for the purpose of reducing crime and anti social behaviour. The effect of the Order when made will be to restrict the public right of way over the route referred to in the Draft Order to this Notice. The council is satisfied that anti-social behaviour and or crime exists in the area covered by the gating order, that the existence of such behaviour is exacerbated by the highway and that a gating order would be beneficial for tackling crime and anti-social behaviour in the area..       NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL UNCLASSIFIED ROAD PENIEL NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 Denbighshire County Council has made an Order which prohibits any vehicle from using that length of unclassified road at Peniel, in the County of Denbigh, which extends from the property known as Garnedd Isa to its junction with B4501. The reason for the closure is to facilitate resurfacing works by Denbighshire County Council – Maintenance. The alternative route available for traffic will be via Segrwyd Coch to the property known as Derwen Gornel and Derwen Gornel to Peniel and will be sign posted accordingly. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure. The Order comes into force on 4th July 2011, and will remain in force for a period of eighteen months or until the completion of the works whichever is the earlier.       TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS LLANGOLLEN) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING LOADING AND UNLOADING) ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTIONS 14 AND 124 Denbighshire County Council has made an Order prohibiting the waiting, loading and unloading of vehicles, at any time on the lengths of road referred to in the Schedule below. The reason for the restriction is to regulate traffic during the Llangollen Eisteddfod. All traffic restrictions currently in place will be temporarily suspended during the period of temporary enforcement. The Order comes into force on 3rd July 2011, and will remain in force for a period of eighteen months It is anticipated that the roads will only be restricted for the duration of the eisteddfod.
