      Cheshire West and Chester Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Christleton Road/Tarvin Road Link Road in Boughton, Chester Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic on the following length of road, in Boughton, Chester to enable Dee Valley Water to excavate a trial hole to locate existing underground utilities. (1) Christleton Road/Tarvin Road Link Road All traffic must use the diversionary route. The Order will come into force on Monday 17th October 2011 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
