DENBIGHSHIRE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2006-2021
On June 4 2013 Denbighshire County Council adopted a Local Development Plan (LDP) for
Denbighshire. The adopted LDP will form the development plan for Denbighshire County
Council and will be the basis for decisions on land use planning in this area.
Copies of the adopted LDP, the recommendations of the person appointed to hold the
independent examination, the sustainability appraisal report (incorporating the
environmental report) and a statement indicating how the environmental report etc. has
been taken into account are available for inspection free of charge at Denbighshire County
