Consultation on School Admission Arrangements
In order to ensure arrangements meet the needs of the local area, admission authorities have a duty to consult with relevant parents and the local community on their proposed admission arrangements, which include the overall procedure, practices, criteria and supplementary information to be used in deciding on the allocation of school places.
Cheshire West and Chester Council is consulting on its proposed admission arrangements for September 2011 for the community and voluntary controlled schools in its area.
