  NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27(3) OF THE PUBLIC AUDIT (WALES) ACT 2004 Notice is hereby given that the Immediate Report in the Public Interest issued by the external auditor, UHY Hacker Young, on 10 October 2012 concerning the failure of Llansannan Community Council to make appropriate arrangements for public inspection of its accounts for the year ended 31 March 2012, is again available for inspection by any member of the public who also has the right to make a copy of it or any part of it, for 10p per sheet. Leave a note to that effect with the report. This Report will be available for inspection at the Post Office between the following times :- Mondays 2:30 – 4:30pm.   DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL AUDIT OF ACCOUNTS 2011/12 Notice is hereby given that the Audit of Accounts for Denbighshire County Council has been completed. An unqualified opinion and the audit certificate on the accounts were issued on 8 October 2012. Pursuant to Section 22 of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004 and Regulation 17(1) of the Accounts and Audit (Wales) Regulations 2005 (as amended), on every Monday to Friday between 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. any Local Government Elector may upon application to the Chief Financial Officer at the address below inspect and make written copies of the Statements of Accounts for Denbighshire County Council for the year ended 31 March 2012, or take written extracts therefrom. Photocopies shall also be provided for any Local Government Elector.
