gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio
Traffig Ffyrdd 1984.
Mae angen y Gorchymyn arfaethedig er mwyn caniatáu i
waith hanfodol, sef cynnal a chadw a gosod wyneb newydd,
gael ei wneud ar Gefnffordd yr A458 Amwythig i Ddolgellau
(y cyfeirir ati yma wedi hyn fel “y gefnffordd”) yng Nghwm
Dugoed yn Sir Powys.
Bydd y gwaharddiad a ganlyn, a fydd yn amrywio o ran
ei hyd a'i led ac y codir arwyddion priodol yn nodi hynny,
yn weithredol rhwng 08:30 o'r gloch ac 17:30 o'r gloch, yn
dechrau ar 10 Ionawr 2011 ac yn parhau hyd 20 Ionawr 2011
neu hyd oni fydd yr arwyddion traffig dros dro yn cael eu
symud oddi yno'n derfynol.
Effaith y Gorchymyn arfaethedig fydd gwahardd dros dro
bob cerbyd rhag mynd ar y darn hwnnw o'r gefnffordd
yng Nghwm Dugoed yn Sir Powys sy'n ymestyn o bwynt

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
On 3rd December 2009, Denbighshire County Council made an order effective for a six month period
which prohibits pedestrians from using Public Footpath No. 16 and Bridleway 32 in the community of St.
Asaph. That notice was extended with the approval of the National Assembly for Wales by six months, when
the County Council published a notice on 17th June 2010.
The reason for the closure is to facilitate the protection of the public during construction of a sub station
access road for Gwynt y Mor Offshore Windfarm Ltd at St. Asaph.
The extended Order expires on 14th December 2010, but to facilitate the continuation of construction
works this has been extended by a further 6 month period until 13th June 2011, with the approval of the
National Assembly for Wales using its powers under section 15(5) of the Road Traff

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 9th December 2010 to make an Order
which will prohibit any vehicle from using Hall Square Denbigh, in the County of Denbigh, from its junction
with Vale Street to its junction with Park Street and Bull Lane.
The reason for the closure is to facilitate gas mains replacement works by Wales & West Utilities.
The alternative route available for traffic will be via Vale Street, A543 Ruthin Road and Park Street and will
be sign posted accordingly. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.
The existing one-way traffic order on Park Street will be suspended during the period of the closure

NOTICE is hereby given that Denbighshire County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 115 of
the Highways Act 1980 proposes to issue a licence to St Asaph Town Council for the purpose of siting a
steel sculpture on the Footway at the Junction of Lower Street and High Street, St Asaph which forms part
of the adopted highway.
A plan showing the proposal may be examined at St Asaph Library, The Roe, St Asaph.
Any person wishing to make representations should do so, in writing, to the undersigned by Thursday 30
December 2010.
