TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council proposes to make the following Traffic Regulation Orders in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
THE CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (LINDEN GROVE, HOOLE) (DISABLED PERSONS’
PARKING PLACE) ORDER 2009
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a disabled parking bay on the south side of Linden Grove from the boundary of numbers 35 and 37 for a distance of 6.6 metres in a westerly direction.
THE CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (ORMONDE ROAD) (DISABLED PERSONS’ PARKING PLACE) ORDER 2009
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a disabled parking bay on the south side of Ormonde Road from the boundary of numbers 38 and 40 with numbers 34 and 36 for a distance of 6.6 metres in an easterly direction.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –
SECTION 14(1)(A)
THE A5 TRUNK ROAD (MILE END ROUNDABOUT
TO FIVE CROSSES ROUNDABOUT, SHROPSHIRE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
ORDER 2009
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Secretary of State
for Transport has made an Order on the A5 Trunk Road
near Oswestry in the County of Shropshire to allow
resurfacing and lining work to take place.
The effect of the Order will be to close the eastbound
and westbound carriageways of the A5 between its
roundabout junction with the B4579 and A483 and its
roundabout junction with the B5069. The roundabout
junction with the B4580 Whittington Road will remain
open for traffic on that road.
The work will be carried out overnight between 20.00
hours and 06.00 hours, is expected to start on Monday
23 November 2009 and last for approximately seven
nights. The Order will come into force on 16
November 2009.

REMEMBRANCE Sunday, CHRISTMAS LIGHTS SWITCH ON AND LATE NIGHT CHRISTMAS SHOPPING 2009
NOTICE is hereby given that, by Order of Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council, the following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic as detailed to allow for the Remembrance Day, Christmas Lights Switch On and Late Night Shopping activities to take place. Pedestrian access to properties will be maintained.
