Cheshire West and Chester Council (1) The Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2000 – Forward Plan of Key Decisions Under Cheshire West and Chester’s Executive arrangements, Key Decisions (decisions with budget implications of over £1 million or affecting more than one electoral Ward) will be made by the Executive or by bodies or persons acting on its behalf in accordance with the Constitution. The Council’s Forward Plan (published on the website each month) will contain details of all Key Decisions known and likely to be taken by the Executive over the four calendar months following publication of each Plan.
