BAGILLT Mae Cyngor Sir y Fflint yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, dim cynt na 7 diwrnod ar ôl 23 Mai 2013, yn ymwneud â’r ffyrdd a ganlyn ym Bagillt,
Sir y Fflint, a fydd yn gosod cyfyngiad un ffordd arnynt, gan wahardd cerbydau rhag teithio:
1) I gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin ar hyd Ffordd Bagillt rhwng ei chyffyrdd â ffordd ddeheuol yr A538 tua’r gorllewin a’r A548 Ffordd Bagillt.
2) I’r chwith wrth adael yr A5026 Boot Hill, Walwen Isaf, Ffordd Victoria a’r hen A548 sy’n arwain at Ffordd Pen y Maes.
3) I’r dde wrth adael Pen Lôn.
Mae angen gosod y cyfyngiadau er mwyn i’r Gwasanaethau Stryd, Cyfarwyddiaeth yr Amgylchedd fedru rhoi wyneb newydd ar y lôn gerbydau
a chwblhau gwaith cysylltiedig.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ONE WAY TRAFFIC ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14
BAGILLT
The Flintshire County Council hereby intends not sooner than 7 days from the 23rd May 2013 to make an Order relating to the following
roads in Bagillt, in the County of Flintshire which will make them subject to a one-way restriction, which will prohibit vehicles from proceeding:
1) In a north westerly direction along Bagillt Road between its junctions with A548 Westbound dual carriageway and A548 Bagillt Road.
2) Left when exiting A5026 Boot Hill, Walwen Isaf, Victoria Road and old A548 leading to Pen Y Maes Road.
3) Right when exiting Pen Lon.
The reason for the restrictions is to facilitate carriageway resurfacing with associated works by Director of Environment: Streetscene Services.

The Compulsory Purchase Order is made under sections 226(1)(a) and 226(1)(b) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and if confirmed will authorise the Council to purchase compulsorily the land as described in the Schedule to the Order namely:
