I have 15 years Police service undertaking a number of jobs such as patrol, SNT, training and custody. I have been a Safer Neighbourhood Team Inspector since October 2017.
I have a real passion for ensuring that my team work effectively to address vulnerability, tackle crime and anti-social behaviour and bring offenders to justice. We target those doing the most harm within our communities.
North Shropshire and Oswestry are safe places to live and work and along with partners and the community my team are there to ensure this remains the case.

Graeme joined West Mercia in 2006 as a Police Community Support Officer. After training, he was posted to Whitchurch Rural Local Policing Team. After a couple of years on this, Graeme became a Whitchurch Town PCSO. He has now reverted back to being primarily the Rural Officer, but still works in the town when need be.
