St Alkmund’s Time Together session meets at Bargates Hall at 2pm on Wednesday for those with dementia or memory loss and their family members.
The session is designed to give people an afternoon of chatting with refreshments.
Meanwhile, there is a silent auction of paintings by Tony Bryant on Saturday in Bargates Hall from 10am until midday.
Church Services on Sunday in Whitchurch will have different members of another church preaching as part of the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity.
This includes morning services at St Georges, and St Alkmund’s will have a speaker from the Beacon Church; those at the Beacon and St John’s will have a speaker from St Alkmund’s Church and Fr Greg will speak at St Alkmund’s Evening Service.
Services are at the usual times.
Sunday Services for St Alkmund’s are 8am Said Communion, 10am Sung Communion with activities for children and young people and 6.30pm Sung Evensong.
At Holy Immanuel Fauls there is 9.30am Holy Communion and at Christ Church Tilstock, there is 11am Holy Communion.
