Bronington Community Council is to hold its first meeting of the new year at the village school.
The meeting, to be held on Wednesday, January 17 at 7.30pm will feature an open forum for the public to raise any issues.
Councillors will be approving the budget for the coming year, including payments towards the upkeep of burial grounds and war memorials in the area, and the salary of the clerk.
They will also look at the payments to churches for the 2017-18 financial year and will consider the application for a donation to Bronington School. If approved, the donation will go towards the purchase of reading scheme books for struggling readers.
Other items on the agenda include updates to the defibrillator, repairs to the Barry Barlow memorial play area and a report on the Iscoyd War Memorial.
